HOW EARLY SHOULD I RESERVE THE CHAIR COVERS?

It would be best to reserve your date as soon as you know when and where your event will be held.  The normal range is between 2 - 12 months prior to the event.  Please contact us any time even if your event is in two weeks, if we have availability, we would love to help you!


WHAT TYPE OF CHAIR COVERS DO YOU CARRY?


We carry banquet chair covers, folding chair covers, and self-tie (pillowcase) chair covers.  All styles available in white, ivory, brown, and black.

How do I coordinate the set up for the chair covers?

Simple. Just tell us when and where your event is, and we'll take care of the rest. We will do the coordinating with the event venue.  We have worked with almost every location in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, so we are comfortable knowing their event facilities.

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO DO THE SET UP?

We need 1 hour for every 100 chair cover

HOW DO I RETURN THE CHAIR COVERS?
 

We will come after the event and remove the chair covers for you.


 WHAT IF THE CHAIR COVERS ARE DAMAGED DURING THE EVENT?

We expect normal soiling on our chair covers. In case that the chair covers or sashes are damaged due to candle wax or stained from
red wine, additional charges will apply.
